We at JJ BLANK ENGINEERING COMPANY strive to provide professional engineering services for the building industry. Our main objective is to produce simple yet technically complete engineering documents. These documents are prepared using computer aided drafting on AutoCAD after performing all necessary engineering calculations.
Owners, Developers, or Architects typically request engineering documents to attain firm compettitive installation bid costs from multiple Contractors. Engineering documents are also necessary to attain Building Permits after their review and approval by the respective Building Department.
Client service is a specialty. Each project is assigned a Project Manager with many years engineering design experience. A principal of the company is typically involved in each project, and is available to discuss any concern or aspect of the project.
